I am specifically referring to their original G1 cartoon counterparts, in a continuity in which Galvatron IS Megatron.
They are literally the same character and both the 1986 film and the following seasons of the G1 cartoon make this clear.
In the movie, Galvatron literally reveales that he IS Megatron to Hot Rod at the end of the film: "First Prime, then Ultra Magnus and now you, it's a pity that you Autobots die so easily, or I might have a sense of satisfaction!"
In the 3rd season of the cartoon in an episode where Optimus comes back and is forced to work with the Decepticon leader, Galvatron tries to manipulate Prime into telling him a secret, Prime refuses and Galvatron asks why and Optimus replies: "Because I know you too well, Galvatron." Optimus would have no reason to say this if Galvatron is an entirely seperate character from Megatron.
Therefore, I think Galvatron's evil deeds from the cartoon and animated film should be listed on Megatron's page as wel.
