Villains who aren't faux affably evil.
1. While she has a "comedic death", this only happens when she's not a threat anymore.
2. The rest of her comedic moments (like when she tries to torture Mark using him as a cellphone or when she screams on a table) only show how sadistic and wrathful she is.

Well, Aku was approved as PE and he's still in the background of the NPE wiki, so I don't think they're going to replace him.

I actually think she's heinous enough to be PE, while there are no onscreen deaths, it's clear that predators becoming wild, would endanger Zootopia citizens and hurt them badly.
I admit I haven't seen the movie yet, but this is definitely not a woman and I can't find it sexy or pretty.

This is what the user @A fandom user thinks because of the following reasons:
1. He is truly loyal to his superiors Dooku and Sidious. Just because he says he’s not in the war for Dooku’s politics that does not mean he’s not truly loyal to him. He just doesn’t like his politics. He shares power with him.
2. He genuinely loves and cares about his pet Gor as he is visibly distraught upon witnessing his death, and vows to kill Jedi to avenge him.
3. He has some sort of bond with his medical droid in his lair.
