Look, Like I said, This is my and a few friends' opinions, And we just found what happened to AM was genuinely horrible and in any other context or character, he could have been removed from PE

Let me be clear on what "One step away from being removed" means, It just means that compared to everyone else, They could have been removed with just a bit more story being added on, Like with Femto, That guy is easily one of the most complex characters on the wiki, Like his backstory, I feel if we were shown a bit more of it, or it was explained in more detail, he could be removed. as for AM, once again his backstory and how complex he is, Like what happened to him was genuinely screwed up and if played even slightly more sympathetically, he would be removed. as for Joker 2004, I have one word, Harley, In the comics he once stopped fighting batman to help Harley

For the record, This "Pure Evil ranking" thing is just my and a few friends' opinions, So this is not definitive or objective, just our opinions
