That's the Laughably Evil category
@The Evilness890 Even if the character don't have moral agency, they still count to the Heinous Standards, and in Crossed, there are also genocidal villains, for example in Crossed +100, a group of Super Crosseds (inteligents Crosseds who have showed moral angency) created a plan that would exerterminate humanity, which includes multiple rapes, brutal murder and torture, and it is shown that it could have worked.
Yes
I read the criteria, and there's nothing saying that pragmatic heroism can't count
From what i understood, the rules are:
In the Pure Evil wiki only fanon villains can be proposed.
The proposals are made in blog blog section
In the villains wiki or in villains fanon wiki you can only made proposal if you are in the whitelist.
You can't propose any works that are in the Pure Evil blacklist by reasons like having to high heinous standards to anyone pass, being pure shock value (that's having violent scenes without any truly moral or mensage), don't having any serious character and/or being a parody like a youtube poop.
Yes
@Marvel&StarWarsFan2890 Most of Pure Evils victims don't deserve to die; is more easy to count the ones who deserved than the ones who don't.
