-Ultimate Reed Richards: When I found out he'd become a villain, I assumed it would be the classic case of "He's bad for an arc or 2, and then he's good again", so I was surprised that he'd end up being pure evil. .
-Wolf-spider: Even if he's an alternate version, I'm surprised there's a version of Peter Parker that is pure evil.
Malekith is the most boring.
It is difficult to compare, because they are terrifying in different aspects.

Light Yagami was an egomaniac from the start.
Griffith was motivated to fulfill his dreams of greatness, so his "heroic acts" were only to reach the greatness he always longed for.
Light Yagami turns into a cop killer very quickly, he was never heroic to begin with.

Pure evil that they would have been disqualified if a deleted scene had been kept, or on the contrary, a no-PE that they would have qualified for that scene?
For example: I like Lex Luthor when he is used as IH or NPE, but not PE.
I like that he's a horrible person who crosses the heinous standard but still has redeeming qualities, even if they're small.
I would say the main villain, but there are cases where the Big Bad is IH and the subordinate is PE, and it still works very well.
