@MarkyBoy51 It's funny cause I randomly picked both of these PE's, but they both are pretty similar in their methods. Both of them painted themselves as good guys and acted like they saved the day, but in reality they are actually heartless sociopaths that could care less about the people they got killed. They had a reputation they wanted to keep and they were willing to kill anything and anyone to keep that reputation at hold. They had different goals but similar methods. Spongebob wanted to get Mr. Krabs and Plankton killed in the massacre in order to open up his own restaurant without competition, while Mysterio wanted to be the next Iron Man without actually doing anything heroic. Both of them ignored the severe amount of civilian casualties. The only difference here is the fact that Spongebob won and Mysterio lost.

@Lucariobot Yes I'm aware that this statement is very subjective, but he's one of the few villains I remember that genuinely would've not only had an impact on the protagonists, but the entire universe itself (Mario universe but this could be applied to other games/universes with how big of a scale Dimentio's goal is). If we're looking at most pure evil villains mainly being unremorseful serial killers, manipulators, egotistical maniacs, etc, we understand they want selfish gains within their own boundary. With villains like Dimentio, he's looking to do so much more than just take over a kingdom, kill a few people, torture people, and other stuff. He's willing to kill everyone in the universe to make his own universe that "satisfies his own ideals." Now there are worse villains than Dimentio obviously, but he's 100% up there as one of the worst in my eyes.
