Pure Evil villains generally don't apply Word of God into account for their status due to a few reasons. However, lets say we did, and therefore certain villains would have their status removed. Who would get cut? Reason I'm not applying this to lower status wikis is due to the fact villains on them can actually can be inconsistent. Here, allow me to start with a couple examples:
Koba, as he according to the creators, was meant to be tragic. However, he instead came off as completely hypocritical considering he'd put his fellow apes through horrible conditions just like horrible conditions just like his tormentors did, and he takes advantage of the apes going through similar things he did to fufill his powerlust. But if we applied WOG, he'd be tragic anyways.
Unalaq is another example. He was meant to be an anti villain among the likes of Amon, Zaheer and Kuvira, as he was intended to come off as a man who wanted spiritual unity. However, he instead comes off as a delusional madman who only harms the spirits he claims to want to help, his ultimate plan of Vaatu has absolutely nothing to do with helping anyone and would cause 10,000 years of absolute misery, which obviously helps nobody, and his so called "ideals" are broken several times. I would ask how they ever thought he was a genuine anti-villain, but they seem to recognize how poorly he was written, as in a book made by the producers, they directly make fun of how badly they written him, so kudos to them.
