Aww man, I wanna unplug Harley’s life support that’s it the system he is in has a plug and that’s how he can be killed. :(

Harley Sawyer is likely alive (and probably has a lot of screws loose). The Chapter 4 ARG and Toying with Terror is proof that he might be alive. That hand did not look like The Prototype’s (there are people saying it’s the Prototype when it ain’t that) and looks like he might have made modifications if he did become an experiment himself

Teen Titans will always have a special place in my heart. Slade was the best villain from the series.
I highly think that The CEO counts as accidental. Badmio was trying to make a typical supervillain from what I've gathered.
At least TIO doesn't have a very cursed shipping image floating around somewhere. Kintoru on the other hand.... let's just say some teenage boys on youtube began shipping her with The CEO and things got crazy from there. DO NOT LOOK IT UP IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY

I'm not here often nor do I discuss stuff often here but here's my pick: The CEO from Jailbreak.
Jailbreak itself has over 10 rewards from Roblox but the villain aka The CEO is heavily overshadowed by the other Roblox PEs in terms of recognization. Sure he's kinda flat as a character (aka no character development cause Badimo sucks at writing lore for him) but he's a menace. The fact that he existed since the beginning of the game and is the reason for some big updates to the game kinda proves that not all villains need to be complex to be important.
Also, whatever you do, please don't onto youtube shorts and search him up. On the youtube shorts that aren't Jailbreak gameplay that have him in it, that's where you would find his very toxic and simp side to his fanbase. I've met a few and they will bash your opinion if you say someone can beat The CEO. They treat him like a god. Don't venture into those waters please.

To be honest, while he isn't at the number one slot for favorite villains (that top spot goes to Kamen Rider Dread), his boss fight interested me and got me to return to Jailbreak back in 2022. I'm a sucker for Roblox villains but he stood out cause unlike others, he had a LOT of wasted potental and needed some reconization (even the game is one of the more well known games on Roblox). He's also the first boss fight that isn't Sonic releated that I can't beat alone. He gave me a good fight (well, not a fair one tbh). Is he a great villain? Nope. My obsession of him is not that bad compared to last year but it still exists.
This goes more in deph into a MEH crossing commited by one of leser known Roblox PEs that just so happens to share the same designer and animator that TIO has. Nobody will remember the MEH crossing though because it occurred the same day as an SMG4 movie but all I can say is that I attended it, it was scary, the bad guy didn't get defeated, I cried, and now it still appears in my dreams. The amount of Youtubers who weren't expecting it just makes it more terrifying. Worse part? This happened in a kids game, not something like Piggy that was made for teens.
I know this is odd but it's a better explaination than what I could ever think of.

I have two unpopular opinions.
I believe The CEO was meant to be seen as a typical supervillain by Badimo. I've kept an eye on him since his boss fight came out which is when I came back to Jailbreak and all I can say is that "typical supervillain" is an understatement.
I like Infinite depsite his poor writing.

The CEO. As I've stated before, Badimo did a terrible job writting him. While they did write him a little more during the 2024 live event, that just made him even worse by confirming his psychopathic behavior. Worst part? They left it open ended where he gets away with EVERYTHING he did and I ended up having to make my own ending to the lore because of how unsatisfied I was with the ending.
Edit: I forgit to mention that this guy also had way more potential than what was given. I remember from a conversation between me and another user on the Jailbreak Wiki that The CEO had a lot of stuff scrapped which probably would have made him better.
