Steven Universe. While I don't necessarily want one in the series as it currently is, it could have be interesting for there to be a major antagonist that Steven couldn't get through to. While there are technically some cases of villains not redeeming themselves in the show, they don't pass the heinous standard or have a redeeming quality/mitigating factor of some kind, which obviously means they can't be PE.

Probably the only way it would be possible is if the PE villain went through a death of personality and became a hero after the process. Even then, I have no idea if it would be possible from this scenario.

Funny enough, I was originally going to propose that character as NPE because I thought he relied on fridge horror. I even had the proposal pretty much finished before I saw he was being proposed as PE.

To actually answer the question here, Monsterverse King Ghidorah and Red from NES Godzilla.

What's the Work?

You know what series he comes from. If you don't, how could you? :(

Who's the Villain?

Read the freaking title, my guy. It says it right there!

Why doesn't he Qualify?

Simple: there are better villains out there. How dare he be PE! Only the best villains belong here, like these lovely guys! And these wonderful, absolutely peak villains! What do you mean I'm BOHing? You're BOHing! I'm perfectly fine! He belongs on the VB wiki, where all villains I don't like should go!

Verdict?

If you don't agree, I'll spit in your cereal and chew all your gum to then put it back in its wrapper for you to discover. Don't make me do it. I'm the ultimate authority on everything and I'll find you if you have a wrong opinion!

Misandry and misogyny basically fall under the "xenophobic" umbrella term. They are just specific terms used to describe specific forms of xenophobia. At least that's how I interpret it. I could be wrong, though.

The only rule is that the character has to be from a fanon work or something unpublished. Otherwise, there's no edit requirements!

Ask one of the admins here! However, if you want to remove a villain from the Villains Fanon wiki itself, you'd need to be whitelisted.

Actually, you don't need edits to propose fanon characters on this wiki. If you think this character can qualify, you can make a proposal over in the blogs! Personally, I'm not familiar with the work, so I have no opinion if he qualifies or not.

I could see potential with one established villain within the show itself, Bluebird Azurite, or at least her components Eyeball and Aquamarine. They were already the only villains (IIRC) never to redeem themselves.

I could see them regrouping after their escape and trying to sabotage Little Homeschool, whether by secretly destroying some of its structures or trying to rekindle the oppressive class systems of the Gems. An alternate solution could be Bluebird pursuing and trying to repeatedly kill Steven after he leaves Beach City in the finale of Future.

For some reason, you just don't get notifications on blog posts. I couldn't explain myself, but I've noticed that too.

As for making a page, you can try doing it for yourself. If you don't know how to, here's how to do it.

On the little header thing at the top of the website, there is a little tab that looks like 3 dots stacked on top of each other. When you hover over it, it'll show you 3 options: "Add New Page", "Upload New File", and "Special Pages." Click on "Add New Page" and then go on from there.

If you don't know how to format a page, there's actually a guide provided by the wiki on how it should look!
