Not every NPE has to have a rejected stamp on their page, nor do they need a removal of it. I remember seeing the reason as to why the wiki thinks that it's BoH Treatment, but I'd need to check that again.
Villains Wiki forbids any form of mention of NPE, in particulation to BoH Treatment. Casting a vote with the mention of NPE on it will straight-up be invalidated. Any topics about it would also be deleted too. There are some rare mentions of these sorts of polls at the NPE Wiki anyways, so it's not that much of a problem. But I do see where you're coming from with it.
Vaatu literally surpasses two PEs in Avatar, and bare in mind; one of reasons those two are even PE in the first place is their lower resources.
