Word of God means nothing when it comes to deciding if a character counts as PE or not.

For me, when I hear the term "this character is overrated" I think of a character who has generated such a massive fandom to the point where it becomes nauseating. Roman has never been on that level. Do some people like him? Sure, but I just don't think he's overrated.

If you had said this about Stu, I would get it, seeing as he is one of the most iconic Ghostfaces alongside Billy. But Roman was never considered one of the most iconic Ghostfaces. If anything it seems like he's considered underrated by a lot of fans.

I don't even like Roman Bridger that much as a character or Ghostface, I just don't think he fits the title of "overrated"

That explains nothing. A character being live-action doesn't automatically mean they have enough characterization

Agreeing with JackJack and saying I don't think calling William Afton is broken is really that absurd. So much about his character is enigmatic and up for interpretation that i don't exactly blame people for drawing this conclusion.

Not a person without a profile picture trying to say that we don't understand the criteria. Have you even read General Grievous's PE page? Stuff like this is literally explained. Hell I'll even be nice and past some quotes from that page here so you can read them.
