The Dark Lord from AVA
Definitely not SMG4, too comedic and the HS is too high.
Toffee but make him more heinous
White Diamond but without the last-second redemption
Belos is more powerful but the Core threatened to hurt more people
Even if there are two King Boo's, the nicer one from Mansion 1 is explicitly the bastard PE one from Mansion 2 and 3, having lost it after Luigi defeated him.
William Afton was a GDV before gaining personality in FNAF SL and onward
IH, no personality or motive
Pretty much any PE who never appears in person and is only described by others.
Bill beats the crap out of Dark and it's not even close. Dark does have one-hit-kill virus blades, but characters already resisted it on-screen if strong enough, so Bill could easily do it too.
When it comes to Hector and Jack, I agree they should be PE: I refuse to believe someone who almost drowned his nephew cared about even a single family member, and humanizing Nazis just feels weird, even if Jack is still a HS even with that one redeeming quality.
That said, I really disagree with Lalo; He works better as a three-dimensional villain who knows to respect his opponents, and the final scene in Season 5 is bone-chilling. A PE Lalo wouldn't be this pissed at one of his men being killed.
With the Cousins and Lydia, eh I can see it going both ways. It doesn't help that Lydia's redeeming qualities are like, literally two scenes.
Villains can have tragedies as long as they move past it, we have the "Fake Tragic" category for a reason
Lillard confirmed he has a three-picture deal so we'll have to wait until the third movie if we want him to stay down instead of being temporarily defeated
William Afton. Not because he's a despicable bastard or anything, but because it's tiring to see him come back from the dead again and again. It's predictable at this point, and most of the time there isn't even a good execution despite the amazing concept. Just let him stay the fuck down.
King Aldrich, just swap him with Andrias and redeem him earlier on so he'll have more time to subvert his corrupting qualities, get a Heroes page and pass the AS
Novel-Horner is so bland. Like, without the humor that made him such a good character in the first place, he's another boring, one dimensional, "Take Over the World" villain.
Yeah Romeo is right, Inky is probably an accidental PE and he was meant to be tragic and not debased.
The Ink Demon is most likely meant to be seen as a tragic figure with his excuse being supposed to hold up. But the developers forgot to actually make him motivated by his tragic past, and the rant that could show his insecurities was put in a bad spot that instead turned it into a manipulation tactic.
It's still a manipulation tactic, Lotso indirectly calls himself "thrash waiting to be thrown away" but that's not redeeming
Still not redeeming, Inky is completely ignorant of his tragedy and wants to rule the Cycle out of his own goals, and it's been explicitly stated he didn't feel any pain while being tortured.
