I would say Joker from the 2004 batman cartoon. It has been shown that he likes Harley in a twsited way and in a comic (WHICH is cannon to the show) he tries saving her from batgirl. He should be NPE instead.

Uh wikis are suposted to have facts in them that's the point also you have no evidance that says he was ALWAYS going to be evil. Also Ive wached the lion guard season 3 opener (even though I hated most of the show) and it showed Scar in a more postive light before meeting the strange lion.

It says on Scar's synopsis losing what little remained of his previous nobler side. So he did have a noble side which is redeeming Thats why he should be debased. That catgory isnt just for fallen heros ya know
