Looks like they were being approved backwards as they were rejected, but approved later on. Randall, Sykes, Ratcliffe, Grimhilde, and Cruella were all rejected prior. Now, they’re planning on re-proposing Scroop next, which would make it six re-approved Disney PEs. A certain killer would be furious to see that Disney is undoing his hard work. 😳

Who? Shockwave was approved a couple years ago. Starscream was approved about a week ago.

Depends on how high the heinous standards is. If that crime has happened a couple times with other villains, one rape wouldn’t pass the baseline. But if it never happened before and that crime is unique, they would pass.
And what's more ironic? The PFP on my profile is my Rainbow Friends OC that's coincidentally named Crimson. And my Crimson is meant to look like a stereotypical demon while the HB Crimson is an imp. Plus, the naming of my Crimson is coincidental as I didn't base him off of HB or anything else.
