Hello, and unholy happy New Year. I'm trying to come up with my own original PE character for a book series I'm doing, his name is Zatiko, the Avatar of Evil and Hate. He's an unfathomably evil and ancient deity who lives for spreading evil, hate, and madness throughout the Omniverse, and his main inspirations are The Joker (Arkhamverse), Emperor Palpatine, Satan (Hazbin Hotel: Journey to the Light), and the Borg Queen. I have a clear cut personality for Zatiko, but I'm in a bit of a pickle because I want to portray him as a vile, sadistic, irredeemable monster, but I don't want him to come off as a try-hard. Any thoughts?

I can’t see Pennywise being removed as Pure Evil, unless Stephen King gives It one helluva Freudian excuse. As someone who read the book, Pennywise is such a despicable monster that I would be shocked if It was cut. But I guess Pazuzu would be a good replacement as an icon, mostly because I think he’s actually slightly worse than Pennywise. It at least feeds on fear to survive, but Pazuzu just does all this evil shit for fun.
I don’t see why not. I’m honestly surprised that VECNA of all people isn’t Pure Evil anymore.
@Schlouden06 I've been considering that. I've been thinking that Zatiko invented the concept of evil, and relished causing it. He in the beginning, Zatiko was probably just the Avatar of War, and Anisos was just the Avatar of Peace. And he still continued what was in his eyes a righteous crusade, making the Avatars at the top of the food chain while the Titans, Gods, Celestials and Infernals were subservient to the Avatars, and mortals would be hunted into extinction. If Zatiko considers his kind superior to other deities, he outright and proudly despises mortals, and in the beginning he thought they were hurting the Omniverse. But after his failed attempt to kill his parents and conquer the Omniverse, Zatiko's motives changed. As of now, his only desire is to just cause suffering, and to prove himself right by messing with the minds of mortals and immortals alike and force them to commit horrible, atrocious crimes, and in the process he would claim ownership of their souls. Zatiko used to genuinely love his siblings, and his kids Ky and Zamhainos, but over time he ended up renouncing his love for them once they defied him, and he's shown to relish in their suffering too. Zatiko was always aggressive and cruel, but as he grew older and caused more carnage, he truly created, embraced, and relished the concept of evil. He more or less sets the heinous standard for the story.
@Schlouden06 Good idea, in my mind Zatiko’s arch-nemesis is his twin sibling Anisos, the Avatar of Good and Love. They destroyed his physical body eons ago, but since the two of them are two sides of the same coin, Anisos’ body was destroyed too. Zatiko absolutely loves messing with people’s minds, and he especially loves tormenting Anisos out of revenge for them destroying his body and ruining his first attempt at conquering the Omniverse. He’s even killed their kids and had his minions send their butchered corpses to Anisos as a “fuck you”. Zatiko is mostly defined by a very cruel and sick sense of humor, especially when he’s corrupting people.

I imagine in his youth, Zatiko was still inherently sadistic and cunning, but he had some good intentions. He always hated his parents for deciding he would be the Avatar of Evil, because he rightfully thought it was unfair, but he also loved his siblings in their youth. And in this series, there are about four different castes of deities. The Avatars, the oldest and most powerful gods like Zatiko and his siblings, and Gaea and Ouranos. The Titans, like Kronos and Rhea. The Gods, like the Olympians, the Aesir, the Vanir, the Jotuns, the Egyptian pantheon, and the Loa. And then there’s the Celestials and Infernals, also known as Angels and Demons like Lucifer, Sandalphon and Pazuzu. Zatiko genuinely hates the Titans, Gods, Celestials and Infernals because he considers them to be weak and pathetic. He’s sort of like Adolf Hitler because he’s a genocidal maniac who wants to destroy all of those who, in his deranged mind, poison the Omniverse. Zatiko naturally despises mortals, seeing them as nothing but toys and slaves at best or parasites at worst. Zatiko tried to take over the Avatars and kill his parents out of revenge for his unfair childhood and for being weak in his eyes, but his twin, Anisos, the Avatar of Good and Love, tried to stop him. Following a brutal fight, Zatiko’s body was destroyed, ruining his chances of Omniversal conquest. At this point, Zatiko abandoned his somewhat well-intentioned goals, and made his new mission to unleash evil, hate, pain and death upon the Omniverse and put ALL gods, including the Avatars, into a pocket dimension where they’re his personal slaves and torture victims.

It’s honestly disturbing and realistic that Ozai was happy and innocent as a baby. Realistic because babies are typically happy and playful, but disturbing when you consider the boy Ozai was and the monster he would grow up to become.

Joker was unusually nice to Harley during this episode arc. I think he does like Harley, but he doesn’t really love her. Like Batman said, Joker doesn’t genuinely love anyone except for himself.

Yeah, I agree. They might be from different universes, but for all intents and purposes, The Lich and the Farmworld Lich are the same guy. Same personality, same memories, same long term plan.
I think Satan’s true form is a bunch of disembodied red eyes (ironically similar to Sauron from Lord of the Rings), but it’d be cool if this was his physical appearance before he destroyed his body.
