Why are you pinging us. I for one have who clue who the heck these characters are and I doubt they know too. I'm with Snonk, I don't give a damn about this.
The Painter sucks, plural, it sucks and made by a person who sucks and nothing but needless edgy BS with no plot or substance. It has killers raping animals while forcing people to be ruled by said animals, have graphic kills that goes way way waaay too brutal than it needs to be, everything is just scary images upon scary images and gives gross info that didn't need to be said.
Terrifier is a far better horror content with a far more entertaining villain that is Art the Clown. I've seen other Analog horror scarier than Painters.
Watch some real horror movies, real horror games, something actually scary. Not dogshit about raping dogs or just showing paintings with edgy rock music.
Why are you defending such useless edgy shlock. It's shocking value, no plot, just killings raping and violently killing people, babies and animals. It's a garbage work that needs to be forgotten.
Image Comic did count in TV Tropes but he was cut because tie ins gave him redeeming qualities. IDW is as far away from this trope as possible though.

Venture Bros is a comedy show but his actions are given genuine serious weight. Especially the reveal of how he treated the Blue Morpho. I've seen some of the episodes myself.

Again, this is not better than the Ghost Witch from one of the Scooby Doo animated movies.
She makes a similar threat but all she does is a generic attempt at killing the heroes and doesn't make good at her threat to destroy the world. It's no better than the saying "All Bark No Bite". Ringo doesn't even do anything to make good of his word to destroy the planet, like, at all.

Yes he threatens to destroy the Earth. But it's nlt really given much weight, worst he does onscreen is tirn a guy into an onion ring and beating up the heroes. His threat is basically empty, no different from the Scooby Doo ghost witch from one of the animated movies who had a similar threat but there's barely any gravitas to it.

Actually the directors says Art isn't a woman hater, he hates everybody equally.
Yeah, Terrifier actually has a plot and story telling beyond Art being a murdering psycho.
They even added lore to the characters and give focus to the heroine.

The finale made me want to hurl, Art the Clown is superior to those shmucks.
