FIGHT!

1. Muzan murders the doctor for his impatience which is first degree murder, that equals a life sentence.

2. Five of his wives were driven to suicide via verbal abuse, which is suicide inducement and according to laws, any person who encourages someone to commit suicide in anyway whether it succeeds or not shall be punished with a life imprisonment and since Muzan does this to five I will give him five life sentences.

3. Mutation is sort of equivalent to illegal medical practices and a Chinese scientist who produced genetically edited babies was guilty of this crime and was sentenced to 3 years, I would have given Muzan the exact same sentence were it not for his "Mass spreading demon kind by turning innocent humans into demons or obviously massacring them" and "Make other demons turn against one another, resulting in eating each other to avoid being a target." Both lines from his Pure Evil wiki page being stated. I will give him Mass Illegal Medical Practice and Mass Murder as well as Enforced Cannibalism on Mass and give him a death sentence.

4. He also slaughtered demon slayers in the past through sending his demons to do his job; Doma becoming a demon who then proceeds to murder Kotoha (Inosuke's mother) and Kanae, Yorrichi's wife (Uta) and her unborn child which was how Demon Slaying started, Masachika Kumeno by former Lower Moon One before Enmu, Gyomei's three brothers as, Yuichiro Tokito by a random demon when he entered Muichiro's house, Giyu's sister, Thirteen of Urokodaki's students by the Hand Demon as well as the Hand Demon's older brother, Turning Sizu into a demon which attacked and killed five out of the seven children in the Shinazugawa family, Rui murdering both his parents, Kokushibo who becomes a demon and murdering Yorrichi, and finally Kyogai murdering his editor. A total of 32 murders, 3 illegal medical practices, 7 breaking and entering charges with all of them at night, Emotional abuse on Rui, and conspiracy to murder charges. That would result in 33 life sentences + 149 years + $500 fine. Although there were more murders he conspired in the past so it could be then just an extra life sentence. In addition he trespassed a lot so I will fine him with $1,000+ since I don't know exactly how many times he trespassed in the past.

5. Not only that, he also turned Hantengu which was the reason why he got out of jail and killed the judge that sentenced him to death so that is aiding and abetting in escape from custody and manslaughter which would a 6 additional year in prison. Gyokko also escaped execution thanks to him, Akaza didn't want to becoma a demon, he has Doma turn both Daki and Gyutaro into demons, he then helped Nakime escape from her crimes, and he also created the Swamp demon through coercion and intimidation. All together is 18 years.

6. He also turned Tamayo into a demon and had her murder her whole family which is Incitement to Familicide = Death Penalty, and False Imprisonment which will be 40 years.

7. It was also revealed he had gave the same disease he had as a child to Kagaya which I will say he should be charged with Disease Negligence as well as reckless endangerment since he knew it would slowly kill him, all together would give 7 years + $5,000.

8. He also placed a curse on almost of all of his demons should they say his name, that will be mass spiritually coercion and will be sentenced to Life.

9. He also had the Snake Demon enforce the Iguro household and many more in Obani's village to perform human sacrifices = Death Penatly.

10. Except for Nezuko, Muzan killed Tanjiro's remaining family why Tanjiro was resting at Urokodaki's little cottage. I will give him Breaking and Entering, Illegal Medical Practice and Familicide, all of that is a death sentence. Plus we see a Temple Demon kill at leats two people so I will give him two life sentences for that.

11. After he met him for the first time, to get away, he turned a random guy into a demon which again, illegal practice of medicine and assault. That will be 8 years together. He also murders three people in the alley, two of them were second degree murders = 64 years and the woman was first degree so Life.

12. We don't exactly how many people Yahaba and Susamaru killed so I won't charge the murders they caused, but I will charge Muzan for conspiracy to murder and breaking and entering. 20 years + Life. He also incited these demons to do it so that's an extra 10 year sentence.

13. Since in the past he caused Kyogai to bleed by using an X on his eye, I will call it mutilation and give a 50,000 dollar fine (Criminal charge for mutilation of an eye) + 20 years for breaking and entering + $10,000 fine.

14. Since he also had Rui incited to commit Domestic Abuse I will also give 5 years for the crime.

15. Four lower moons dead, one assaulted and later conspired to kill Tanjiro and a Hashira as well as Akaza to finish the job, that will be 5 life sentences and an extra 5 years.

16. Since Akaza also murders Rengoku that's another Life Sentence and later verbally and physically assault him = 15 years + 3 years for intimidation. He also likely broke into the foster family's house so that's an extra 20 year sentence. He also damaged one of their books and I will fine him $50 for ripping up one of the books likely bought from the library.

17. He is likely trafficking Daki to earn a ton of money so I will give sex trafficking and give 10 years. I will also give him 8 life sentences for the seven Hasiras she has killed under Muzan's order + 4 more for Tengen, Inosuke, Zenitsu, Tanjiro, and Nezuko. He might of also allowed her to hold Makio hostaged so I will say he did and give him enabling hostage holding = 20 years. He also broke into her home so that's an extra 2 year sentence. Since the entire Entertainment District is destroyed by the end of the arc by Gyutaro, I will give Muzan, Enabling Mass Defilment, which is life and for reference, I used the cost to build a town = $100,000 or $500,000 depending on the amount of residence living there, I'm gonna estimate that were at least twelve or twenty hundred+ people so I will fine him with a $400,000 fine for enabling mass property destruction + 80 years for the reckless endangerment of the three main characters, Tengen, and his three wives.

18. Throughout the story, he is likely committing genocide so I will straight up give him another death penalty.

19. He also tortures all his subordinates so I will give him another life sentence. He also stalked so many people I can't clearly count how many he has done this to so I will give him another life sentence.

20. Many of the demons were likely brainwashed into doing his bidding so I will give a $100,000 dollar fine for large groups of demons. He also has Gyokko likely in slave labor, hence the reason why Muzan often sells his pots he makes into Blackmarkets or wherever he sells them off to. Since I don't know where he sells them to I won't charge him for selling items to the black market but I will give him slave labor with 20 years.

21. During the Upper Moon Demon meeting, I cuts off Gyokko's head so that is mutilation, and since Gyokko doesn't die I will give him 10 years in the slammer. He also starts to think about bullying his own subordinates, even his business partner Kokushibo so I will give him gross misconduct = 2 years.

22. He also sends Hantengu and Gyokko to wipe out the swordsmith village and Gyokko is essentially committing crimes against peace/war crimes. So I will give him two death penalty, and 30 years. 30 years for the attempted genoice, the first death penalty for attempted mass property destruction as well as malefic, and the second one is for enabling Gyokko to commit war crimes and for corruption. Since Hantegu might have cut down hundreds of trees in the process, I will give Muzan enabling illegal lumber and give him $13.15 million dollar (reference to illegal lumber case in United States)

23. I'm going to assume that Genya became a semi demon no thanks to Muzan, so I will once again give him 3 years for the Ilegall Medical Practice.

24. After Hantengu reported to Muzan that Nezuko can resist the sun, he indirectly kills the maid = 32 years, and proceeds to murder the rest of his foster family which is Familicide = Death Penalty. We did see in the first series that he was holding a daughter and was with a wife so I'm not sure whether he ate them already or not. I'm not gonna include it.

25. During the final arc, he breaks into the Ubuyashiki Mansion when he was no longer permitted to enter despite being related so I will mark it as trespassing the entrance = 1,000 dollars and breaking entering at night, again = 20 years. I will not add any charges of the suicide bomb as that was Kagaya's idea to kill Muzan, not the defendant himself.

26. He has likely conspired with Doma, Kokushibo, Akaza, Nakime, and the newly recruited Kaigaku to murder the remaining demon slayers = Life Sentence.

27. After he transforms into his final form, he commits mass murder by murdering 1,000 demon slayers + a crow then later crushes Nakime's head, causing the Infinity Castle would be destroyed while still knowing all the remaining demon slayers would get hurt. All of that is a Death Sentence. He also crushes Tamayo's head, killing her indirectly = 32 years.

28. He commits a couple Aggrevated Assaults with deadly weapons (tentecles and Blood Demon art) which occationed grievous bodily harm on; Zenitsu, Obani, Mistsuri, Tanjiro, Kanao, Inosuke, Giyu, Gyomei, and Sanemi + mutilation on Tanjiro = 12 x 9 + 10 = 118 years, poisoning Tanjiro will be a death penalty and he nearly kills Tamayo's cat which is animal cruelty = $5,000 + extra 5 years since it nearly died were it not for Yuishiro.

29. During the battle he kills Gyomei, Mistsuri, and Obani = 3 life sentences. He also crushes a building in his baby form = $10,000

30. He vowed to devour Nezuko and later take over the World, not as a dictator but as a Demon King hidden from society, he would still be attempting Cannabalism as Nezuko is a demon and committing crimes against peace = Death Sentence

31. Before he died, he incited Tanjiro to becoming the next Demon King and also had him slice Giyu's arm and commit Battery. 6 months + 15 years + $50,000 for the later emotional abuse he does to Tanjiro.

Final Verdict: Execution by Sunlight

Since it's Valentine's Day, might as spread false love. Right now, the only one I can think of is Muzan Kibutsuji to Daki.
