Megatron (Beast Wars)

I know that BW Megs claimed to be motivated out of a rhetoric to oppose "racism" by the Maximals. However, in the Season 2 Finale of BW, he exclaims, "Say goodbye to the universe, Maximals! The future has changed, yessssss. The Autobots lose! Evil triumphs! And you...YOU NO LONGER EXIST!". In this scene, Megatron outright considers himself Evil and exposes it proudly. However, the Delusional Category explicitly states that Villains who apply need to genuinely believe that they are a good person. Here though, Megatron outright calls himself evil which I don't think any delusional villain would ever do under any circumstances since it shows that he considers himself evil instead of good.

Name any PE villain who had unworthy qualities that prevented the villain from being a magnificent baddie, who got rid of these qualities, and some of them even became MB. For example, a villain had an unworthy quality that made him too heinous, but by getting rid of this quality, he became MB.

He meets all the requirements even with his cooling off periods, Also I find this version of him to be ironic and a reverse of him and Starscream's Cyberverse counterparts but instead Megatron is pure evil and Starscream is an anti hero.
