We all know pure evils don't have a chance at redemption but I was thinking of a page for villains that either faked redemption to get on the good guys side only to backstab them later on (e.g Lotso) did redeem but it was under the influence of some magic thing so it wasn't with there own moral agency therefore it doesn't count (probably alfie blessington since he's harmless now due to being goat brained) or some other thing but those are just my thoughts what are yours?

Lots-o HUggin Bear is pure evil even though he had a tragic backstory that made him evil and is clearly played with sympathy (There is sad music in his backstory). It says his tragedy doesn't hold up because he subvert his redeeming qualities but that does not make sense.

The Cat also head a tragic backstory that made him evil and he also subverts his redeeming qualities like Lotso but he is only near pure evil because his backstory is played with sympathy. Why is this inconsistent?

I have a couple I have in mind.

Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear: "This is what happens when you DUMMIES TRY TO THINK! WE'RE ALL JUST TRASH WAITIN' TO BE THROWN AWAY! THAT'S ALL A TOY IS!"
Mumkhar/Metal Face: "Her screams were music to my ears as my claws slid right through her soft flesh. Like a hot knife through butter!"
Could you give some examples of Fake Tragic villains who, although their tragedies do not affect them, do not excuse neither have anything to do with their atrocities, still manage to make several viewers sympathize with them? I only have one example:

There was confusion in my previous post about lotso
Some agree that he only passes the baseline because he lets Andy's toys die in the incinerator.
That's why I said that his crime of starting a dictatorship in sunnyside is not heinous and he probably suffers from fridge horror
Also his version of the original script lacks that meh because he redeemed himself
