His kill count is extremely low, and his recourses are vast compared to other PE/NPE villains of the asoiaf universe, as even Euron, Ramsay, and the Mountain do more than him when they are a little older than him, not to mention Rorge, who doesn't have a lot of recourses.
On top of that, he doesn't even cause the war with the Starks, as it was all Little Finger planning, and he clearly didn't cause the Red Wedding.
I am really interested in what you guys think makes him stand out, or do you agree with me?

On the Villains Wiki, Aerys is listed as one of two overarching antagonists (alongside Night King) of the show, but on Night King's page, he is the sole overarching antagonist. Should Aerys be added as "one of two" on Night King's page or should "overarching" be removed from Aerys' page?
Also thoughts on this proposed GoT (not ASOIAF) antagonist scale for Villains and PE Wiki:
* Overarching -> Night King (and Aerys depending on question above)
* Main -> Tywin, Cersei, Littlefinger
* Secondary -> Joffrey, Ramsay
* Major -> Ser Gregor, High Sparrow, Balon, Roose, Euron
* Supporting/Minor -> Everyone else (Renly should be here)
Also thoughts for HOTD:
* Overarching -> Otto
* Main -> Aegon, Aemond
* Secondary -> Larys, Criston
Thanks.
The scene in episode 3 of s1 where Cersei is tending Joffrey's wound is the only time where Joffrey seems like a three dimensional character. He’s embarrassed, insecure about living up to his father, and was initially honest about how he failed. I kind of wish he kept those insecurities throughout the show. It would make him more three dimensional. I'm tired of hate sink villains because their often one dimensional. And the best part is, he still would work as a villain, just more fleshed out.
But do you think he'd remain PE?

As the title says I want to know what was the proposal of pure evil made here (not on the villains wiki or on the villains fanon wiki) that took the longest to endend (dont care if the proposal was aproved or rejected). Out of courtesy you can say how time it took
