The Darkest moments made by Pure Evils from Lighthearted Comedic Cartoons…
While most PE villains have a motive or goal they wish to achieve, some commit their heinous acts purely out of sadism and personal pleasure or just enjoy being evil. Various incarnations of the Joker abide by this motivation, but there are other examples. Invictus, for instance, doesn't appear to have any clear reasoning for wanting to completely destroy the multiverse but given how sadistic it is towards Gary and the rest of the Team Squad, it likely just does so out of cruel amusement. Yuuki Terumi also admits that he doesn't have much of a real reason for his crimes and considers misery "interesting". There are likely others, but I want to hear from you all.
Mine is easily the one from The Mandela Catalogue, i absolutely love his character and the voice they gave him, it makes you feel that he is everything that the one from religion is supposed to be (or possibly even worse, since in the series he succeeded in overthrowing God)
As for the ones based on Satan, Invictus from Final Space, mostly because of his design

It looks fairly similar to Invictus's true form. The only differences are the shape of the horns and the color of the skin and eyes.

I was Scrolling through a twitter thread for unused concepts for Final Space (that was permitted by the series creator), and there was one for Invictus killing Fox, originally Gary wouldn't have appeared at all, and instead Invictus was going to possess Fox and try to kill Ash, and Fox was going to KILL himself to save her. Talk about dark.

The Lich is Invictus’ 5-Star General who has the ability to open a portal to Invictus prison and with 5 kills to free him.
This was inspired by the idea of "Vecna being the servant of the Mind Flayer” thing before revealing that Vecna and the Mind Flayer are the same being.
