I mean she is abusive towards the Spark Hunters and since she created them that technically makes them her children, so in turn physical parental abuse, and not even the series main antagonist Bowser is abusive to his son.
Cursa wants to absorb all the Sparks to gain power and break Rosalina to take control of her. Given how he is basically killing off every single spark that means she is committing actual genocide almost similar to real world events that happened in real life.
Due to her leading a Cult Leader and seeks to destroy the universe that means she leads an actual doomsday cult.
