Why are Chucky, Valak and Count Orlok in Music PE?

So something I’m genuinely confused about that everybody doesn’t acknowledge the fact that Chucky shouldn’t be pure evil anymore as he now has several preventions.

“What do you mean” you may ask well in the third and final season of Syfy’s Chucky (because the show got canceled) it’s revealed that in spite of how toxic, messed up and awful his relationship with Tiffany is genuine. As when Chucky is dying, he decides to give her one final call to say goodbye and the two admit that they truly do love each other. Additionally in the final episode, they decide to get back together once more and hope to become a family again. He also seems to genuinely care for Caroline. Although he did briefly try to transfer his soul into her body to save himself he later admits that he does appreciate her and has a sense of paternal affection for her. He even stated that hopes to even mentor her as a killer. This was stated in season 3 episode 3. Although you could argue that he is manipulating both Caroline and Tiffany. However he’s probably not. The story does not give a single hint towards this and their relationships are portrayed as 100 percent genuine. At least for now.

Yeah he loves Tiffany. Ew.

Wow that’s out of character for Chucky. But it is what it is.

In the articles these pure evils are compared to the joker

In the case of Bullseye, he is compared to the Joker because of his fake tragic status because he has an ambiguous excuse that contradicts himself because he gives different versions of his past.

And in Chucky he is compared due to his relationship with Tiffany and Harley Quinn respectively since they both abused them and do not feel genuine love.

As the title says I want to know what was the proposal of pure evil made here (not on the villains wiki or on the villains fanon wiki) that took the longest to endend (dont care if the proposal was aproved or rejected). Out of courtesy you can say how time it took
