Having finished the Lyle and Erik monster series I’m shocked that nobody has made a proposal for Jose I’m just wondering if he’d be pure evil if so I’m storied nobody has made a pure evil proposal on villain wiki

So I read the criteria for MBs before and saw that PEs are automatically excluded, and it made me think about something; If PEs weren't excluded, which PEs do you guys think could pass as one?

I'm mainly asking which PEs do you guys think could be cool, badass, or likable enough to be MBs despite their heinousness. Anton Chigure, Thrax, Nolanverse Joker, MCU Hela are a few I can think of off the top of my head.
