Why is Red Hood and Harley Quinn in a topic like this?

@Yoshikage1234 same question. Both of them has never been even remotely close to PE at all. Not even Harley Quinn (barring some alternative versions, but thumbnail clearly shows that it's an original Harley Quinn).

I wonder what Harley Quinn and Red Hood are doing on the thumbnail? They aren't Pure Evil by any means.

Yeah like Black Manta is but the other 2 are nowhere near PE
