Overseer Astro Toilet is the evil commander of the Astro dictatorship. He has orchestrated the mass enslavement of entire species on the planets that he conquers, and is partially responsible for killing most humans on Earth after he banished G-Man toilet to Earth. He is sadistic, as he enjoys the surprise of his enemies before he and his minions kill them. He is also envious of G-Man toilet, and he threatens to kill anybody who calls him "commander". Also, unlike G-Man Toilet and the scientist skibidi toilet, Overseer Astro has zero comedic moments. He has never been shown to care about his fellow astro toilets; instead, he views them as pawns to take over other planets, and he betrayed the Skibidi toilets who worked for him when they decided to continue following G-man toilet.
