Most people are going to pick Ozai, Unalaq is an extremely divisive character leaning more towards the negative reception.

I agree with you @Blueninja825 just testing to see what your opinion will be like and avoid picking the forgotten “ass” villain.

Unalaq is a Scrappy that was supposed to be written as a WIE but came off as flat and an accidental PE, going Ozai here

At least, Ozai punches children to make them shut up as to show how evil he is. Unalaq could not do that as he seem more apathetic to his children.
