Personally, I believe so, because PE's cannot have genuine friendships with other people.
I even believe some PE's would gain some standards against certain crimes if they've discovered different PE's. For example I believe that Dio would Despise Ozai because of the abuse he inflicted upon Zuko, and would kill Ragyo Kiryuin in the most painful way possible for SA'ing her daughters. And I think if AM met Holden, he would either kill him instantly, or torture him 10x worse than he tortured the last 5 humans alive in the novel. Tell me what you want, but AM would ABSOLUTELY HATE Holden's guts, because he would remind him of humanity and it's worst qualities.
