So for anyone that went on Wikitubia regularly, you might have noticed that there is this "Wikitubia Hall Of Fame" thing were people vote for the best Youtubers to ever exist.

It got me thinking "Well what if there was something like this for this wiki, but instead, we vote for the best pure evil vilains to ever exist in fiction, and we make a "Lowest Of The Lows Hall Of Fame" as well, where we vote for the most evil pure evil to ever exist in fiction".

I think it'd make for something fun to do, and in the case of the lowest of the lows hall of fame, it could help with those that absolutelly want to have those "Who's more evil" things without getting banned.

So anyway, what do you think of that idea ?
