Belos by far

Zamasu for me. Starting with idea of mortals being overally evil and must be destroyed - is already bad enough. But then he starts to think that all life (both gods and mortals) are all sinners that must die. I find him the most delusional because ideas about justice from Light or Belos at least make some sence. While he's ideas of justice is just batlant narcissism without anyone being happy except him.

Albert Wesker is delusion incarnate. He says he's doing a favor wiping out most of humanity and dominating those who survive but come on, we all know he just wants to stroke his ego. He's like Zamasu but if he was actually a mortal human.

Well, at least Wesker wanted to upgrade those who would survive Uroboras. Yeah, it's still very evil but you can see where is he coming from - most would die, but those who survived could repopulate the Earth as superhumans. Again, I'm not making excuses for him, but I can understand why Wesker would consider himself a hero - his actions would benefit someone other than himself.
