Very unlikely, he shedded all redeeming qualities once he sacrificed his former allies and even before, he was shown to be extremely selfish and wanted power already.

Given what The Idea of Evil is in-universe I think in death he'll realize all the suffering he caused was for nothing, which is in a sense "tragic". But I don't think he'll ever get enough sympathy from the narrative to get booted out of here.
