Jeez, it's not fair cause I love both equally but for different reasons. Delusional is more interesting to analyze while Card-Carrying is more enjoyable to watch.

I like both equally.

The question is usually hard, because both kind of villains have their advantages. However, this time it's easy, because it's Aku vs Frollo. Aku doesn't lose any points. It's just that Frollo is a better villain.

Both are fine if done right.

I like both, but I love the card-carrying asshats more. Like they're so damn smug about how depraved they are, they can be sometimes charming and at times funny.
