So we had a discussion with the admin team and so far all agreed to announce that from this point forward, all proposals for villains appearing in fanon works can only be proposed on the Villains Fanon Wiki as people generally use this wiki as a backdoor to avoid the whitelist in Villains Fanon Wiki.

Essentially to have a page on here, you need to propose the villain on VFW if you meet the editing requirements. This also means that any VFW villain who is currently approved but has not been proposed here on our old system can now have pages here. It will be how villains from official works get pages.

And to clarify, we will grant special exemption to unpublished villains (such as villains from old drafts or scripts), as they are neither fanon or official and are for now fair game. And those fanon proposals who have been made before this announcement would be allowed to go up and close but they will be the end.
