I was in Villains wiki browsing through categories and when I was in the remorseful category I saw this note
For people who don't understand this category days that even if a Villain is not pure evil and then shows remorse but proceeds to attack the heroes then they don't count even if they're not pure evil and this is only Rick prime redeeming quality

As you see in this video Rick prime says that it hurts him to see slow mobius die however he proceeds to kill him anyway and according to the note above,Those type of moments are not considered genuine remorse and even did it for his own goals therefore he should be considered pure evil
