The coughs are not played for laughs from what I remember.

I would replace Grievous and The Lich with Mahito and Sundowner respectively.

Also him getting angry at the clones is mostly not justified and is just him throwing childish temper tantrums

I would say Lich but he is not a comedic one, same for Lotso, so Bill is my choice.

@Blueninja825 Yeah I think Lotso should be replaced as well. I think that there is a decent amount of comedy in the scene surrounding his fate but he as a character is taken seriously from what I recall. I'd probably replace him with Syndrome.

He isn't. He is ultimately played absolutely serious.
