What's funny about that?

@Snonk he is the closest thing Rick and Morty will ever have to an actual PE villain due to the complete sadistic psychopath he is yet is held back by a brief 2-second look of grief when killing his uncle that is almost unnoticeable. IT's one of the most hilariously minor preventions like Joker hating Nazis.

@Snonk Its funny because how ridiculous it is since Rick Prime was supposed to be an heartless monster who doesn't care about anyone but himself but somehow that was all changed in ep s7 that was sadded during idk what was death.

Maybe he sadness will be over in the next season and he will become the monster he was

Reedming qualities can be subverted/sheded in time, so maybe Rick Prime will eventually become PE in season 8 or something.

I get he looked sad for one second but he literally forgets abt it the very next second not to mention it doesn't even impact the rest of his Characterization in ANYway
