Scar is a dirty coward and a weakling. Meanwhile Shere Khan almost killed a fucking bear. If there won't be any fire for Scar to take advantage of, Shere Khan will easily tear him apart.

People do realise that Scar is canonically skinny and Shere is portrayed as the most powerful animal in his movie even compared to a fuckin bear. Yeah ...Scar only wins if he has prep time.
