After watching Ultraman Nexus, I noticed that Dark Zagi is similar to Ghidorah in terms of villainy and crimes.
Both seem to take an enjoyment of torturing others.
Both sent other Kaijus to cause mass destructions around the world.
Both merely using their fellow Kaijus as slaves/tools.
As for me, I say Dark Zagi is a bit more evil since in the past, he killed his creators as well as their planet, whereas Ghidorah's past is largely unknown.
