Another franchise woth high HS but no PEs? Regular Show.
Crossed is obviously another one unfortunately.
That comic book series is a nightmare. And they said it has a message, a creepier message no?
Total Drama too (not counting fanfics), though Mal is the closest villain to a PE the show has as of this writing.
I think fanfiction are automatically excluded since with them is possible to have a PE in every possible work (if you don't believe, try to see Plank).
Really, from all of Cartoon Network's characters, why Plank?
