On what you proposed, William Lewis was definitely the one hardest to wait, as everyone has said. Other than him, it was Barracuda.

On who I await the most, Contagion. Same as MistaClean. I mean, dude provided the best quote used in the PE category for years and shockingly wasn't even auto-approved. After that, Brainiac, I mean, one of the most iconic DC PEs and really, something did feel missing when we were forced to delete his page.

I suggested William Lewis back in march, how could not be proposed.

I'll propose Brainiac after Contagion, by the way. Before the Bronze Age, Brainiac had some comics where he was pretty goofy. Also, the New 52 version is tragic (collecting cities to bring back his homeworld where he also lost his wife and child) so he definitely isn't PE there.
