Neither?

I do think Patrick Bateman (only the novel version) is slightly worse, however; while Vukmir thrives on victimhood and genuinely sees his work as art, Patrick commits outright child murder rather than (the filming of) child rape at one point and reacts to it with near total indifference, thinking it isn’t evil enough whereas Vukmir would probably be quite content with that. Patrick starts out a sadist and just ends up not caring anymore while committing some of the worst possible crimes (kind of like Johan, assuming he was ever sadistic).
