Sort of like the inverse of my previous discussion with it now being someone who is approved but you personally think doesn't qualify and use an actual arguement instead of treating it like a badge of honour

Billy and Stu, apparently they stabbed Marueen in the groin which does legally count as rape, not that it means Stu qualifies but they are legally rapists.
Where in Scream does it show this?
I wouldn't know I am just going off the wikis.
Also this might be the world record for the least heinous Pure Evil I have ever seen:

Wow, he doesn’t even seem pure evil… Someone cut him.
I know, but I can't say I agree with his reasonings unfortunately. Being responsible for the things that contribute to the setting isn't enough to pass the baseline in my opinion.
Hi. I'm commenting on this based on the fact that I was notified due to being tagged by KP's post. I can understand why some people might think he's not heinous enough, but saying he sets a "world record" for the least heinous pure evil villain one has ever seen sounds like hyperbole. He discreetly used a weather machine to keep the town of Malaria under perpetual storm clouds, killing their crops (due to them being a farming community beforehand) and manipulating everyone into believing they had to be evil to survive. He then uses this an an excuse to hold an annual competition where he uses the most dangerous and evil experiment that comes out on top to blackmail the rest of the world into extraordinarily obscene amounts of money in exchange for not unleashing on them , which would cause mass destruction and death. And if that weren't enough, his rule led to anyone who was born in a hump being labelled as an Igor, being treated like slaves, and of course, had Igor Recycling Plants built which would be used to gruesomely chop Igors up into pieces and used for spare parts if they merely disappointed their masters too much, even throwing the main character into one personally. So yeah, I think it's actually pretty reasonable to see him as heinous enough to qualify, and I'd definitely say he does at least enough to cross the baseline pretty easily, especially for that last thing I mentioned.
People are still replying to this months later? can't say I like or dislike it
Lucariobot·Well you started it yourself. In general, it was not worth touching on this topic, because I think it is quite painful, especially when it comes to PE, which some people consider PE, and others do not.
I understand that you are interested in learning other people's opinions on this matter, but this can also provoke a conflict.
