Think Trigon from Apokolips War was just saying that in the end of it and probably did not mean to his daughter Raven.

I also think Shadow King from Legion did not turn good at the end that it was pragmatic villainy.

President Snow could be one again if he still loves his grandmother his only redeeming trait. His love for Lucy is no more and being a well intentioned extremist is insane when he is older right now.
