PE is a subjective term so I thought I'd ask who is pure evil by your own criteria (this is more for those who have their own opinion on what the criteria should be)
So for my thoughts I beleive majora since it was rejected for being amoral even though it says "let's play good guys against bad guys" and follows it up with something which means that its prevention is more a debated validation if anything so what preventions does it have in that case
