Umbridge is annoying. 'Nuff said. No mater how hateable PE's can be, it has to be that bad for the villain to be considered annoying and obnoxious.

Honestly Umbrage was annoying but at least her dress sense made me laugh. meanwhile we all had a boss man like Norton right a guy who claims he is giving you amazing opportunities when all he is really doing is just exploiting your talents. that's what i used to describe him. captain Vidal I can't tell whether I feel complete disgust or pure fear towards him. Mason verger (reading his proposal actually made me sick to my stomach), joffrey baratheon, and dolores umbridge are also some of my most hated pure evils, Theres actually a lot i could put on the list, I'm also surprise that now one else has mentioned the coachman.

There is one thing that Vidal has that in my eyes, makes him less hate-able. He was incredibly brave. More brave than most characters on this wiki. Even though he might not be the nicest character, he definitely one of the bravest.
